My Approach to Therapy

If you’ve viewed a website for a therapist before, you may have noticed phrases like “tailoring sessions to fit your needs: or “taking an approach specific to you”. After visiting a few therapist websites, statements like this may start to sound like a cliche. In reality they represent a very important principle.

I firmly believe that there is no single method that is “perfect” for every person or situation and base my approach on who you are, what you’ve been through, and how you want to grow.

That said, I take a trauma informed approach and use techniques including:

• Attachment-Based
• EMDR
• Flash Processing
• Acceptance and Commitment (ACT)
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Internal Family Systems (IFS)
• Biofeedback

We accept and are out of network for:

• Tri-Care

Private Pay rates are as follows

• 55 minute session - $200
• 85 minute session - $300
